Stress Of Life

This year so far has not been anything like I have hoped and planned for.

But, I am not letting it get the best of me..everyday..

Don’t get me wrong, it gets the best of me at times, just not all the time. Thats the key.

Its okay to be bummed out, just use that fuel to light a fire inside & keep pushing towards your goal. Unfortunately, there will be a lot more no’s and slammed doors in your life but thats okay because you can open the door right next to it. Soon enough you’ll learn to use those no’s as another source of fuel to keep pushing forward.

Sometimes you just need to take a long deep breathe, pick up your glass of wine & say FUCK IT for the night. Clear your head, relax, read that book you’ve been wanting to start or watch that movie you’ve been dying to see. I won’t judge you or think you are the worst person either. Promise.

Take a step back and tackle your to-do list one thing at a time. The key is to not get overwhelmed! Breaking your to-do list down will help with this also, don’t be afraid to delegate tasks out to your team. Success is a team effort!
