Running a business can be exhausting in more ways than one. Between the long hours and constant attention to detail, it can really take a toll on your body.
Don’t rush in the morning, set your clock a little bit earlier to take your time getting ready for the day. Sit down and watch the news as you finish a real breakfast.
Go to the gym to keep your health in check. Now I know it can be time consuming so what I do is I take 15/30 minutes out of my day and I do 5/10 minutes of cardio and the rest I do the workout I want just hardcore.
Quick tip: Download an audio book, so when you are at the gym you’re able to multitask.
I know a lot of us survive on coffee! Go and drink it and get your day started but instead of having that second or third cup, choose an apple instead. Apparently, apples can help keep you awake. Worth a shot at least, right.
Make the time to spend quality time with your family. Step away from the stressors of work for a few hours, maybe even a few days and enjoy life.
Life is about living, don’t forget that.
